Our new winter yarns - available now

Campano, Cashmere fino, Chiclana, Cumba-Print, Kid Melange and Modern Tweed are 6 of the latest products for fall/winter 2008/2009. A pallet of modern feel-good yarns offering you lots of fun when knitting.
It can be said that Kid Melange will be the one yarn that stands out this fall. It is the yarn of the creatively inspired. Naturally it's Super Kid Mohair, because that is the only mohair that you'd want to feel against your skin.
Cashmere fino with a novelty spin technique comes with more volume and lightness. 100% cashmere, light, breezy.
Cumbra-Print comes as a tone-in-tone print to complement our very successful Cumba.
Campano provides you with an beautiful interplay of colors between retro and elegance, while Modern Tweed provides a fine tweed appearance in a light and airy yarn. The unique effect of Modern Tweed isn't obvious until it is made up.

The summer yarns are now available for you to view.

Our new summer yarns Bandidas, Boulino, Polo, Silk and Tara can now be viewed under Collections. All qualities have been listed with a ball, color card and gauge.
Of course we have also updated our current spring/summer yarn collections. The new color cards have are now also ready for you to view.
The new Rebecca 33 and Verena 01/07 will provide you with lots of ideas on things to make with these yarns.

Our new winter yarns - available now
|
Our new winter yarns Alexis, Bel Air, Contiki, Maya and Risibisi are now available for viewing as part of our collection. All qualities are listed showing the ball, the color swatches and gauges.
Of course we have also updated the colors of our more important yarns. We have also published the new color swatches.
We have extended our strass selection for the Fall to include such important colors as black and honey.

The new summer yarns and our strass collection
|
There was a slight delay, but now the new summer yarns, with balls, color card and gauge, are there for all to see: Big Easy, Bolero, Gigolo, Papagena, Veneto.
We have also put together a collection of strass stones. Note that these stones are for sewing on, not for ironing on. Otherwise they come off the knits too easily. Our new Rebecca 31 contains 6 designs adorned with these strass stones, that are fast becoming the hit of the summer season.

 Hats and scarves are being knit today, for a walk across a Christmas market, for a walk in winter wonderland, or simply to put under the Christmas tree. But this winter people are also using more fashionable, more unusual colors; this while we have the classics of brown, beige, black and navy being made up, there is also a big demand for shades of green, lilac and rose. Scarves and hats with cables are very popular, frilly edges, sewn-on flowers and butterflies, knit-in satin ribbons, lurex yarn or tassels. Multi-colored striped scarves are as popular as the plain ones (see our News: Long Coarse-Knit Scarves).
The high quality of the materials used is very important for hats and scarves. Cashmere warms extremely well and is very comfortable around your neck and on your head. Fashion News: Luxury Capes

Pure luxury in the form of capes, as many top fashion clients will be adding to their collection this fall. Capes, stoles out of fur or elegant leather are what ladies will be draping over their shoulders. A perfect theme for many fur yarns this fall. But the call is not for fur colors alone, but rather for pastels or bold shades, like pink, petrol or violet.
And if fur is too extravagant for you, knit yourself a cashmere poncho instead.
